CASA PANIAGUA is a hidden gem nestled in the heart of La Fortuna, Costa Rica, dedicated to creating unforgettable experiences through vibrant ingredients, home cooked flavors and warm hospitality.
At Casa Paniagua, we celebrate the rich traditions of Costa Rican cuisine, offering culinary adventures that connect you with the soul of our culture and the beauty of our natural surroundings.
Many of you think we only offer chef services at vacation rentals (we do!), and some of you believe we have a restaurant (maybe one day). But what Casa Paniagua truly is, is a one-of-a-kind dining experience at the Paniagua family’s house. We are a multicultural family sharing our Costa Rican story through food.

Each evening is reserved for one private table only — your night with the Chef, set within our family home. Groups of 10 or more unlock special rates, and we can host up to 30 guests across our garden and kitchen spaces.
