At Casa Paniagua, we celebrate the rich traditions of Costa Rican cuisine, offering culinary adventures that connect you with the soul of our culture and the beauty of our natural surroundings.
Many of you think we only offer chef services at vacation rentals (we do!), and some of you believe we have a restaurant (maybe one day). But what Casa Paniagua truly is, is a one-of-a-kind dining experience at the Paniagua family’s house. We are a multicultural family sharing our Costa Rican story through food.

Some experiences feature set menus, while the Foodie Adventure is Chef’s choice—a surprise journey through seasonal dishes. Every plate is crafted to give traditional flavors new life: elevated and beautiful, yet always approachable.
